➳Easter Recipe!♛

Bon appetit,

with this easter recipe! I found this recipe (with my mom) on pinterest, and we really wanted to try it out. Don't know the name of the recipe, but let's just call them... Savory Muffins. Idk what to call them :') My family and I love this recipe. I think you'll love it too! It's not only very easy, but also very tasty!

You can make them with anything you want. We made three different kinds: Pizza, Broccoli and Ham&Egg.

Ingredients (* optional):
- Puff Pastry
- Ham
- Salami
- Pasta Sauce
- Italian Herbs
- Cheese (any kind you like)
*- Mushrooms
*- Paprika
*- Onion

- Puff Pastry
- Broccoli (the little things in the frozen boxes)
- 1 Egg (beaten)
- Chicken strips (the ones that already have been cooked)
- 1 Onion
- Powdered Paprika
- Garlic powder

- Puff Pastry
- 1 Egg (beaten)
- Ham
- Parsley
- Cheese (any kind you like)

Directions (for making every kind):
1. Preheat your oven to 200 degrees Celsius or 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. Fill your muffintrays with the Puff Pastry. We cut one in half and put one half in each little tray.
3. Chop up the Onion, Mushrooms, Paprika and the Ham&Salami.

4. Put your chopped up onions, mushrooms and paprika in a pan with oil and bake them to your preference.

5. Put Pasta Sauce in the trays where you want the Pizza kinds to be.

6. Put on top of the Pasta sauce the Italian herbs, the ham and salami and on top the cheese.

7. Put in the kinds of broccoli first the chicken strips, then the baked onion, then the frozen broccoli thingies (about 2 per tray), then take a tablespoon (or two) of the beaten egg and pour it over everything. Then put a bit of powdered paprika and garlic powder on top.

8. For the Ham&Egg kind. First place the ham in the tray on top of the puff pastry, then put the egg mixture in there (everything, so you'll need more for more muffins). Put some parsley on top and finish it off with some cheese.

9. Put the trays in the oven for 15 minutes and when you get them out let them cool of just a bit before you serve.

10. Bon appetit!

Serving tip: We served these with chicken wings on the side. The muffins are a bit stuffed but it's always good to have something like baked potatoes or something like that with it.

Tip: You can freeze these and eat them later on! Always useful when you have some leftovers (:

I hope you liked this post (:
