It has been a while, but here I am again. It is spring break for me! Woohoo~!
And I have a lot of exciting stuff coming up, so expect many posts the next two weeks (:
Today I made some oatmeal cookies, and I decided to share the recipe for you. These cookies are so delicous and so easy to make!
So here you go:
OATMEAL COOKIES
What you'll need:
For 2 batches of oatmeal cookies
- 300 Grams of oatmeal (about 3 1/3 cups)
- 150 Grams of flour (about 1 1/5 cups)
- 300 Grams of margarine (about 1 1/3 cups)
- 200 Grams of castor sugar (about 1 cup)
Steps:
2. Mix all the ingredients together in a large bowl (with your hands).
3. Knead it until it (kind of) sticks together.
4. Seperate it in two balls and put it in the fridge for about 10 minutes.
5. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees (Fahrenheit).
6. Get it out of the fridge and knead it again.
7. And make cookies out of them (: About 1 cm thick.
8. Place them in the oven and let them bake for about 20-25 minutes.
9. When you get them out of the oven, let them cool down and harden for about 10-15 minutes.
Bon Appetit!
